Return Policy
Please send email to service@bransontea.com before you send the product(s) back to us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns (if applicable)
If your item is already on its way or you have already received your item, Please contact our customer service representative at service@bransontea.com to confirm the return address for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days。If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
How to return?
1. Email us at service@bransontea.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Reply us with the express you choose and the tracking number.
4. Once received, refund take about 9-14 business days to process.

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes.

3. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.
